Return & Refund Policy

You may return any item purchased on mahjongimperial.com within 30 business days of the date you received your package. The return window runs from the day of delivery confirmed by UPS tracking, not from the date of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition (unused, unassembled, and undamaged)
• In its original packaging with all components included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return unless the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect or occurred during transit.

1. Email us at contacts@mahjongimperial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach photos.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with a prepaid UPS return label. You pay nothing for return shipping.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any UPS location or Access Point using the prepaid label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Mahjong Imperial covers all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS return label by email. You will not be charged for the return shipment under any circumstances, whether the return is due to a defect, a change of mind, or any other reason within the 30-business-day window.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are refunded in full.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at contacts@mahjongimperial.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of when the damage is discovered (subject to reasonable timeframes).

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
