Shipping Policy

All Mahjong Imperial orders are shipped directly from the United States. Our fulfillment center is located in the US, which allows us to deliver your order quickly and reliably to any address in the country.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery: 5 to 15 business days after shipment
• Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
• Tracking number: sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched

These timeframes are estimates. Mahjong Imperial is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

We ship exclusively via UPS (United Parcel Service). Every order is handled with care and is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

You will receive a UPS tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We deliver to all addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

If UPS cannot deliver to your address (e.g., PO Box, certain rural areas), we will contact you and arrange delivery to the nearest UPS Access Point (collection point) at no extra charge. You will be notified by email and can pick up your package at your convenience.

We currently do not ship outside the United States. If you are an international customer, please contact us at contacts@mahjongimperial.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Shipping fees for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout based on your location

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at any time on the UPS website.

If your package arrives damaged or if UPS declares it lost, contact us immediately at contacts@mahjongimperial.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. Since all orders are insured, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
